ingredients
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation:

Start by choping the parsley, then put it in water, in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the parsley has infused and the water is boiling, remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.

Then add the lemon juice to the mixture and put it in a clean glass bottle and keep this lotion in the refrigerator.

Use this lotion on your face once or twice a week only, and in the evening only because the lemon has a photo-sensitizing effect.

If you have sensitive skin, prone to tightness, you can add a little natural yogurt and replace the lemon with cider vinegar, known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
