Start by putting the Epsom salt in a container containing warm water and then add the essential oil. Then mix the bentonite clay with water in another bowl and when mixing, make sure not to use a metal tool. Now add the clay to the prepared bath and immerse your feet for 20 minutes.

Bentonite clay is widely used for its ability to evacuate toxins, impurities and chemicals from the body. According to some researchers, this clay acts as a sponge containing many pores. It absorbs toxins by electrical attraction.

Detox Lemon Bath

  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried ginger powder

Preparation and use:

Fill a container with warm water and add the dried ginger and lemon. Then dip your feet for 30 minutes. This bath will soothe your body and help you guard against flu and many other irritations and allergies. Ginger and lemon are among the best foods that fight flu and colds for their antiviral properties and their richness in vitamins and minerals.
