Simple And Useful Tips To Give Bras Their Bright White Color

The key ingredients used in these tips are mainly baking soda, lemon, salt as well as white vinegar.

Baking soda, whose formula is NaHCO3, is known for its abrasive side; it combines sodium, hydrogen, carbon and oxygen. However, do not confuse the three types of baking soda, namely the technique (generally used for household products), food (introduced in the food industry), and medical (used as alkalizing).

- Lemon contains citric acid, considered a natural whitener.
- Salt is rich in iodine and has antiseptic properties.
- White vinegar rich in acetic acid is considered a natural and biodegradable cleaner.

Tip 1:


You would need:
  • 2 liters of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons of table salt
  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of laundry

Method:

- Let the salt dissolve in the water and add the baking soda and the laundry.

- Dip your bras and leave 15 to 30 minutes.

- Put on your gloves and wash by hand. If your bra is stained, rub gently and gently to avoid damaging it.

- Rinse with clear water and allow to air dry.

Tip 2:


You would need:
  • 6 liters of hot water
  • 6 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide
  • 2 tablespoons ammonia
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in the water and then soak your bras and leave on for 3 hours. Put on household gloves before washing them by hand and rinsing them with clear water.

Tips 3:


You would need:
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 liters of warm water

Method:

- Let the salt dissolve in the lemon juice and pour in warm water.
- Plunge your bras in for 1 to 2 hours.
- Rinse thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry in the sun.

Tip 4:


You would need:
  • 125 ml white vinegar
  • 60 ml of laundry that you usually use

Method:
- Make a mixture of vinegar and laundry then pour it into the laundry tub of your washing machine.

To avoid damaging them, soak them in 2 liters of warm water and 125 ml of white vinegar. Wash them gently after an hour or two by hand and rinse with clear water. Dry in the sun.

Tip 5:


You would need:
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • 6 ice cubes

Method:
- In a basin, pour the water and the milk, and add the ice cubes.
- Put your bras in and leave them in for 1 hour.
- Wash them by hand and dry them in the sun.

Tip 6:


You would need:
  • 60 ml of lemon juice
  • 100 g of baking soda
  • 2 liters of water
  • Marseille's soap

Method:
- In a bowl, pour water, lemon and baking soda and mix.
- Plunge your bras in and let it work for an hour.
- Wash them with Marseille soap then rinse with clear water.

Let it dry in the sun.

A few tips :
- Avoid wearing white bras under dark clothing.
- In your closet, store your white bras separately.
- Use a laundry for white clothes.
- Prefer washing underwear by hand rather than machine washing.

Never dry your underwear on a heater, with a hair dryer or in a tumble dryer.
Never use bleach to whiten your lace underwear. It may yellow them permanently.

Always wash them at a low temperature.
