The essential syrup

Today's recipe is a syrup made from garlic, honey and apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients
  • 200 ml. honey
  • 100 ml. apple cider vinegar
  • 8 cloves of garlic

The method of preparation

Peel and wash the garlic cloves, then add the apple cider vinegar and honey. Mix for 15 to 20 seconds, then transfer the remedy to a glass jar and leave it in the refrigerator for 5 days. You must stir the remedy once a day so that the ingredients can brew.

After 5 days, the remedy will be ready for consumption. Simply add 2 tablespoons in a large glass of warm water, then drink on an empty stomach. Be careful the mixture is powerful enough, so do not take it alone, it is important to dilute it in water.

Caution
Garlic is quite powerful in both taste and smell. Although it is good for your health, some people may experience side effects such as heartburn, bloating, nausea, and diarrhea. If you are taking blood thinners, talk to your doctor because eating garlic can boost the effects of these medications. Garlic is also not recommended for people who have just undergone surgery and breastfeeding women.

The consumption of apple cider vinegar can cause allergic reactions in people who suffer from sulphite allergy.

Despite its miraculous benefits, honey should never be administered to children under one year of age because their digestive system is not mature enough to support the contaminants in this product.
