Cosmetics on the bench of the accused
Today, many are becoming aware of the harmfulness of chemicals on the skin, and begin to ogle ecological products made of local raw materials. There are also laboratory tests that operate on poor little animals! Which should not please many animal lovers. But as the saying goes: where there is no solution, there is no problem.

Like our grandmothers, we can use products made by us. Just go for a walk in your kitchen or bathroom, steal the ingredients and you're done!

For this fabulous anti-aging scrub, we need honey, baking soda and lavender essential oil.

Good to know :

Baking soda
This versatile product can be used in the kitchen as well as in the pharmaceutical field or as a beauty product. It is effective against pimples because of its antibacterial properties. But it is also an excellent exfoliator because it is ruthless for impurities and dead cells that it eliminates quickly. These tarnish the complexion which gives an appearance older. By using baking soda as a scrub, the skin is well cleaned, so it becomes soft and supple.

Benefits of lavender essential oil

Lavender oil is at the head of essential oils thanks to its many properties very popular over the centuries. Indeed, it is used for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, healing and relaxing effects, among others. Due to its intoxicating smell that promotes muscular relaxation and improves the quality of sleep, it is used for modern aromatherapy.

Moreover, its name comes from the Latin "lavare", which means to wash, because in ancient Rome, it was used to perfume baths and clothes.

Lavender essential oil also brings fabulous benefits to the skin of the face. Indeed, it eliminates dark areas like dark circles, purifies the skin and prevents skin aging. Thanks to its camphor content that boosts circulatory activity, this oil helps repair skin cells and regenerate them, giving the skin a youthful and smooth appearance.

Honey virtues
Honey is a natural antibacterial. It has been used for centuries as a skin treatment and its many properties have always been effective and widely recommended. Obviously, it is better to use unpasteurized honey so that it is not devoid of all its virtues.

Honey allows good hydration thanks to its high water content. It also contributes to the regeneration of the skin because it is full of minerals, vitamins and amino acids.

Honey is a rich and precious care, a must-have home product for the youth of your skin.
