  • 30 grams of bay leaves
  • 250 milliliters of olive oil

Preparation:

Keep the bay oil in a dry place for two weeks. Once this time has passed, filter the mixture with a gauze pad and pour it into another sealed glass container. Finally, keep cool.

Warnings :
Laurel, in the form of essential oil or herbal tea, is contraindicated throughout pregnancy and lactation. Similarly, essential oil of laurel is not recommended for children and the elderly and its internal use should be moderate.
