FOOD PLAN

Day 1

  • Snack: 2 pears of medium size
  • Lunch: tomato soup + 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • Dinner: Green vegetables / tomatoes / avocado salad

Day 2
  • Breakfast: Banana / pineapple smoothie + a cup of sugar-free tea
  • Snack: 1 apple
  • Lunch: a mushroom soup + an orange
  • Dinner: Grilled chicken breast (120 g) + steamed broccoli

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 1 toast of wholemeal bread + 1 teaspoon of peanut butter + 1 cup of sugar-free tea
  • Snack: A grapefruit
  • Lunch: half avocado + lentil soup
  • Dinner: grilled salmon steak with garlic, lemon and asparagus

Day 4
  • Breakfast: Bowl of homemade granola and coconut milk + a cup of sugar-free tea
  • Snack: A handful of blueberries
  • Lunch: a sweet potato soup
  • Dinner: Zucchini spaghetti with broccoli and tuna

Day 5
  • Breakfast: Pineapple / orange / kiwi fruit salad + a cup of sugar free tea
  • Snack: 2 plums
  • Lunch: Chicken and vegetable soup
  • Dinner: Grilled turkey breast (120 g) with green vegetables

Day 6
  • Breakfast: Porridge + banana slices / honey + a cup of sugar free tea
  • Snack: An orange
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with baked sweet potatoes
  • Dinner: handle of raspberries + ricotta (150g)

Day 7
  • Breakfast: 1 slice of avocado / ricotta full bread + 1 cup of sugar free tea
  • Snack: A bowl of strawberries
  • Lunch: A shrimp broth
  • Dinner: brown rice with mushrooms

Day 8
  • Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs + 50 g ricotta + 1 cup of sugar-free tea

  • Snack: A pomegranate
  • Lunch: 2 fried eggs + green vegetables and a baked tomato
  • Dinner: Quinoa with shrimp + 50 g ricotta

Day 13

  • Snack: A banana
