Tomato and lemon salad recipe

- 2 yellow lemons cut into thin slices
- 2 cups of cherry, yellow and red tomatoes cut in half and seeded

- 1/3 cup parsley
- ½ cup of mint
- 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
