For this you need:
  • 2 lemons, of biological origin
  • Half a liter of water

Start by picking up the lemon peel by peeling it, then let it macerate in the water for 15 minutes. Lemon seeds are easier to digest when consumed with the pulp. Thus, it would be wiser to squeeze the lemon to have the juice, then recover the pulp with the seeds. Gather it together and mix with water. Keep the mixture cool and take in a spoon every night and in the morning on an empty stomach. You can extend this cure for up to two weeks for optimal results.

Other tips for losing weight effectively:

- Drink lemon water before each meal

- Practice regular physical activity, for sessions of a minimum of 30 minutes. Walking is also effective for losing weight.

- Remember to hydrate yourself

- Play the game of substitution. If you like pancakes, you can keep them in your diet by replacing the white flour traditionally used by almond flour or oats for example.

- Take care to get enough sleep, because a lack of sleep pushes you to eat more and therefore to gain weight.

- Do not follow a restrictive diet, opt instead for a balanced diet. A draconian diet only promotes the yoyo effect and weight gain thereafter.
