- Baking paper

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Start by separating the egg whites and yolks. In a bowl, mix cheese, yeast and egg yolks, then salt and egg whites in another bowl. Then add one mixture to another without whipping. You should get a light and homogeneous paste that you will divide into small balls.

On a baking sheet, spread parchment paper and place your balls, leaving enough space between them. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Take out your buns and place them on a rack so they cool. Then put them in a tightly closed container and let them rest overnight.
