Banana cake recipe

- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 150 ml of coconut milk
- 80g of fructose
- 60 ml of coconut oil
- A pinch of salt
- 7g of vanilla sugar
- 8g baking powder
- 150g of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

- In the bottom of a non-stick pan, sprinkle a tablespoon of fructose.
