  • 200 grams of fructose

  • 3 eggs from hens raised outdoors
  • 130 milliliters of water
  • 100 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 3 Granny or Golden apples
  • A medium-sized lemon

Vegan Apple Pie

Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with the fructose in a blender for ten minutes until the mixture is large. Next, peel and grate an apple and cut the other two into thin slices of two centimeters.

- Moisten the latter with lemon juice so that they do not turn brown. In the egg mixture, gently incorporate the water, oil, grated apple, flour mixed with yeast and a little lemon zest. Here, the dough is ready to be coated with these delicious soft fruits!

- Pour the preparation into a circular mold and place your apple slices there so that they brown. You can also sprinkle the dessert with lemon zest and a final touch of fructose. Then leave to cook for 50 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Regularly monitor the cooking to check the appearance of the fruit.
